Berlin votes on Sunday 20 September 2026. Your passport, your birthday and the date on your Anmeldung decide which sheets the election workers hand you, and where you will be on Sunday decides which of this week's deadlines still applies. Walk the three steps and the board draws both.
The test is 16 on election day, so born before 21 September 2010, and a main home in Berlin without a break since 20 June 2026 at the latest. A second home does not count, and the passport has to be the one you actually hold: a residence permit changes nothing here.
