How the ledger counts. For 70% you need a check-up in each of the five calendar years before the treatment starts, for 75% in each of the ten. 2020 never breaks the chain. The euro amounts are the fixed subsidies valid from 1 January 2026; the Krankenkasse pays that fixed amount whatever the dentist charges, so every euro above it is yours. Low earners can apply for the hardship rule, which this ledger leaves out. Checked on 19 September 2026.
