A moving van cannot legally hold the kerb outside your door without an order from the district. Set the day, tap the districts you are moving out of and into, and this works backwards to the two dates that decide it.
Tap the district of your old address and the district of your new one. If both flats sit in the same district you still need two zones, but you write to one office. Add a third for a storage unit or a container.
