ℹ️Possession and legal supply are different. Adults 18 and over may carry up to 25 g in public, but Germany has no general retail cannabis shops. Cultivation associations require at least six months of German residence and a minimum three-month membership, so short-term visitors cannot use that route. Street sales remain illegal.
