Which Berlin district for vintage?

Pick where you want to shop. Get the character, the station, the shops worth your time, and the honest value.

Neukölln

How the kilo shops work: you do not pay per item. Clothes are sorted by coloured tags, each colour has a price per kilo, and everything you pick is weighed at the till. Rates run roughly from the low twenties to near a hundred euro a kilo depending on the tag, so light shirts and dresses are the real value and a heavy coat can cost as much as a small pile. Both places usually cut the kilo price on a Tuesday. Bring a tote and try things on before you commit.
Where to actually go
Honest note: small shops keep their own hours and the scene changes, so treat this as a starting map, not a fixed directory. Nearly every vintage shop in Berlin is shut on Sundays. Checked on 20 August 2026 — glance at a shop's current listing before you cross the city for it.
